Mr. Mukesh Chander Sahni

Mr.Sahni has served India’s National Investigation Agency- the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for 34 years and has been a Team Member of several high - profile investigative cases pertaining to Anti- Corruption, Economic Offences, Wildlife, and Narcotics. He was awarded the Indian Police Medal for meritorious services in 1999 and President Police Medal for distinguished services in the year 2006. He has also served the Teams that investigated major Scams- The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) Bribery Case, the Telgi Fake stamp case and the National Rural Health Mission issue.

As a Senior Superintendent of Police in CBI, he honed his expertise in investigative administration that helped him handle dangerous cases like the Drug Racketing and illegal possession of Arms and Ammunition crackdowns besides the much publicized political case that involved the deportation of Aftab Ansari (underworld mafia kingpin) from Dubai.

As a Faculty Trainer, he has coached the Indian Police, Forest and Enforcement Officers on Capacity Building and Sensitization on Wild Life Crime Investigation, Prosecution and Law Enforcement. He has also trained the Vietnam Police Force in Anti-Drug Trafficking at Ho-Chi -Minh City, Vietnam.

As the Research &Development Superintendent of Police for the National Police Mission (NPM) NPM & Correctional Administration (CA) - The Bureau of Police- Research & Development- he was responsible for focusing on means to strengthen the functioning of the Police force in monitoring pending trials and custody management. In this capacity, he also contributed to the Amendments proposed in the Prison Manual and Identification of Prisoners Act. Prior to CBI, he served the Intelligence Unit of Indian Border Security Force.

He brings his multi-disciplinary skills in due diligence, training, and administration to Fourth Force besides overseeing operations and client relationships in his Zone.
